Niu Lan Shan ErGuoTou (牛栏山二锅头) is a Chinese light-aroma baijiu. Its brewing techniques trace back to the distillation methods of the Niulanshan region during the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty. Crafted from Northeast China sorghum and premium wheat, this liquor is made using pure grain solid-state fermentation and water sourced from the Chaobai River.
