Bai XiFeng Jiu

Compared to the representative XiFeng Jiu, Bai XiFeng Jiu (白西凤酒) has a purer phoenix (凤, pronounced "feng") aroma, with a refreshing, comfortable fragrance reminiscent of a cool breeze on a hot summer day. It is smooth on the palate, with a strong body and a long finish.

XiFeng Jiu's distinctive flavor comes from special aging vessels called “the sea of liquor”, which hold as much as ten tons of raw distillate. These are created out of rattan, cotton, and hem paper; sealed with beeswax and grapeseed oil; and dried out prior to being used for aging.
