LuZhou LaoJiao BaiNian

LuZhou LaoJiao BaiNian (泸州老窖百年) was created with the traditional methodologies of baijiu production. It has a complex floral aroma and rich taste. “BaiNian” directly translates to "Hundred Years", referring to the 100-year-old mud pits the liquor was fermented in.

BaiNian is full-bodied and rich in flavors. It has a peppery nose with hints of ripe peach and a slightly sweet tongue tasting of peach and pear. You can enjoy it at room temperature or serve it chilled.
